Anger, Weinkeller, Viecherei, Hofstatt, Troadkasten: The names of the five apartments recall their historical function. While the Anger and the Hofstatt also housed the living quarters of the building in earlier times, the wine cellar served as a warehouse and production facility for viticulture. At the. Viecherei The horses rested from their day’s work in the stable and in the Troadkasten. the grain harvested in summer was stored. Our 5 holiday flats in Lutzmannsburg – Pannonian holidays!

Our apartment ANGER is located in the front part of the 60 meter long stretch yard and has always been a living and living space.
The apartment has a bedroom with box spring bed (180 cm wide), closet, desk and sofa bed, anteroom with wardrobe, bathroom with shower, separate toilet, kitchen-living room with large table and couch with TV.

«Weinkeller»
The entrance to the flat is also the original doorway to the wine cellar. A few steps lead you to the cosy kitchen-diner with a dining table and fully equipped kitchen, as well as a cloakroom.
A few steps further down, you will find the bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Two steps up lead to the spacious living room/bedroom with box-spring bed (180 cm wide) and large sofa bed, desk and television.

The VIECHEREI apartment is located in the former stables of the Tschardakenhof farm. The kitchen-diner has a cosy living area with a sofa bed (for one person), armchair and television. Next to the fully equipped kitchen, you will find a dining table with seating for four people.
The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, make-up mirror, hairdryer and heating; the toilet is separate from the bathroom.
The cosy bedroom consists of a box spring bed (160 cm wide), a writing console and a wardrobe.

Our HOFSTATT apartment was the second residential unit of the double farmstead.
Coming from the arcade, you enter the apartment through the spacious entrance hall with a cloakroom. From here, you can access the large bedroom with a box-spring bed (180 cm wide) and a sofa bed, as well as the bathroom with shower, the toilet and the kitchen-diner with a large table, sofa and television. The highlight of the apartment is the direct access to its own terrace with a large table and chairs.

«Troadkasten»
Our TROADKASTEN apartment is located in the former granary. Alpine hut feeling in the heart of Burgenland!
The cosy flat has a bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator and extractor hood. Right next to it is the dining area with an old wooden table.
The sleeping area is furnished with a box spring bed (180 cm), a small sofa and a television.
Due to the steep stairs, this flat is not suitable for small children or people with limited mobility. The ceiling height is only 1.83 metres in some areas.

Our KRAMASURI has many functions: reception, minibar, library, laundrette, tasting room, general store without a shopkeeper, games room, rental station, broom cupboard and much more.
Minibar: Various wines from the region, beer and non-alcoholic beverages.
Library: From world literature to romance novels, crime novels and children’s books.
Laundry room: There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement of the Kramasuri.
General store: If you have forgotten your toothbrush or toothpaste, you will find a first aid kit in the general store.
Games library: A wide selection of dice, card, board and party games awaits you.
Rental station: Our apartments are equipped with the most important kitchen appliances. However, sometimes you may want to surprise your loved ones with a cake or celebrate New Year’s Eve with a cosy fondue evening. At Kramasuri, you will find additional utensils and appliances such as mixing bowls, blenders, fondue sets, raclette grills, waffle irons and much more.
Cleaning cupboard: All flats are equipped with cleaning utensils, brooms and hand brushes. Should something larger happen, there are also vacuum cleaners and mops available here.
