Our five individually designed vacation apartments in Lutzmannsburg offer modern kitchens, box-spring beds, plenty of space and a 1,200 m² garden with cozy favorite places to relax.
Whether it’s a family vacation, spa days, a wine vacation or an active break in Blaufränkischland – everyone will find the right vacation home here.
“Choose the apartment of your dreams”
Anger, Weinkeller, Viecherei, Hofstatt, Troadkasten: the names of the five apartments are reminiscent of their historical function. While the Anger and Hofstatt used to house the residential areas of the building, the Weinkeller as a storage and production facility for viticulture. In the cattle farm the horses rested from their day’s work and in the troad box the grain harvested in summer was stored.

“Anger”
Spacious, bright, and steeped in history:
The ANGER apartment is located in the front section of the historic Streckhof and has long served as a living space.
Today, it combines a historic atmosphere with modern comfort – perfect for families, relaxed vacations and long breakfasts in the eat-in kitchen.
Lots of space, cozy retreats and vacations at your own pace.

“Wine cellar”
The entrance to the apartment is also the original portal to the Tschardakenhof wine cellar. You can feel the special character of this apartment as soon as you enter.
A few steps take you to the cozy dining kitchen with a large dining table, fully equipped kitchen and checkroom. A few steps further down are the bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Two more steps take you to the spacious living and sleeping area with box-spring bed, large sofa bed, desk and TV.
It is the different levels, small staircases and historic walls that give the wine cellar its special charm and still tell of the original use of the old Streckhof.

“Cattle business”
Where the stables of the Streckhof used to be, there is now a charming apartment for a relaxing vacation in Burgenland.
Historic elements, warm materials and loving details are still reminiscent of the building’s original use and give the apartment its special character.
The cozy eat-in kitchen with dining area and small sitting area invites you to arrive and feel at home, while the cozy bedroom ensures relaxing nights.

“HOfstatt”
The HOFSTATT used to be the second residential unit of the historic double courtyard – a place to live, sit together and feel good.
Today, it combines a historic atmosphere with modern comfort and plenty of space for a relaxing vacation. The spacious eat-in kitchen invites you to cook together and enjoy long evenings.
The special highlight of the Hofstatt is its own terrace with direct access to the garden. Breakfast in the morning sun, a glass of Blaufränkisch in the evening or relaxing hours between raised herb beds and deckchairs – here, a vacation feels like peace and Burgenland.

“Troadkasten”
The former granary of the Tschardakenhof is now home to our TROADKASTEN apartment – with a very special charm and almost an alpine hut feeling in the middle of Burgenland.
Wood, historical details and the cozy atmosphere make this apartment a special retreat for a relaxing vacation for two.
Steep stairs lead to the sleeping area in the upper part of the Troadkasten. It is precisely this original design that gives the apartment its special character, but at the same time makes it less suitable for small children and people with restricted mobility.
The special highlight: the cozy atmosphere under the old wooden beams and the feeling of living in a piece of history.

“kramasuri”
Our KRAMASURI has many functions: Reception, minibar, library, laundromat, tasting room, general store without grocer, games room, rental station, broom closet and much more.
Minibar: Various wines from the region, beer and soft drinks.
Library: From world literature to romance novels, crime thrillers and children’s books.
Launderette: There is a washing machine & tumble dryer in the basement of the Kramasuri.
General store: If you’ve forgotten your toothbrush or toothpaste, you’ll find a first aid kit in the general store.
Game library: A large selection of dice, card, board and board games awaits you.
Rental station: Our apartments are equipped with the most important kitchen appliances. However, sometimes you want to surprise your loved ones with a cake, for example, or celebrate New Year’s Eve with a cozy fondue evening. In the Kramasuri you will find other utensils and appliances such as mixing bowls, blenders, fondue dishes, raclette grills, waffle irons and much more.
Broom cupboard: All apartments are equipped with cleaning utensils, brooms and hand brushes. Should something bigger happen, there is also a vacuum cleaner and mop.
